Chef/Kitchen Manager
Must have experience as a chef/cook. Must hold a current Food handler's Permit. Must be able to concentrate on work amidst distractions such as noise, conversations and foot traffic; must be able to consistently meet deadlines; and finish all food preparation at specified serving time; must be flexible in work hours in order to meet patient and organization operating needs. Must be able to adjust recipes to achieve desired results. Must be able to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers and dishwashers; knowledge of the hygiene factors involved in food preparation; knowledge of cleaning products and the appropriate methods of cleaning a variety of surfaces. Must be able to work independently. Must have ability to perform several tasks concurrently. Must have skills in maintaining information as highly confidential.
Kitchen Help
Help the kitchen manager do miscellaneous jobs. Must hold a current Food Handler's Permit. Must be flexible in work hours.
Housekeeping
Castle Ridge Behavioral is in search of a motivated, dedicated, dependable and experienced housekeeper to join our Environmental Services Department. The qualified candidate will perform assigned cleaning duties to maintain a safe/clean environment. The successful candidate will be trained on various cleaning methods specific to our facility to include but not limited to proper application of germicides/disinfectants. The successful candidate will understand the importance of proper personal protective equipment use while performing duties. The position is a full or part-time position, rotating shifts and at times will require weekend/holiday work schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Registered Nurse
The Assessment and Referral Register Nurse (RN) manages the nursing care and responsibilities of patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Familiarity with continuum of care. Through a systematic process of interaction with patients, the patient's significant others, and the appropriate health care providers, collects and analyzes data regarding the patient's physical, psycho-social, environmental, self-care, educational, spiritual, cultural, and anticipated discharge needs included as an important element of the planning process.

Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
Minimum Work Experience
Experience working in a behavioral/psychiatric facility preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.
Required Licenses
Current Utah RN license and CPR
Therapist ll or lll (LMFT)
Counsels individuals and groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, mental or behavioral health issues and/or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans. Will provide psychotherapeutic services to all patients and their families; to serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families
Education
Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required (MSW, MFT) required.
Minimum Work Experience
At least two (2) years experience with one (1) year in a behavioral or psychiatric setting. Combination education and experience acceptable
Required Licenses
Must have Utah issued LMFT.
