What to Bring for Your Inpatient Care

What to Bring for Your Inpatient Care

  

It is our goal to provide the highest quality of care to our residents. In order to be comfortable for your stay, please bring 7 days of clothing. We have one day a week to do laundering. 

  • Please bring comfortable clothing, but no more than 7 days worth
  • Workout attire
  • 7 pair of underwear and socks.
  • Pajamas
  • We suggest comfortable, slip-on shoes and a pair of shoes for exercise.
  • Jacket or sweatshirt 
  • No revealing clothing (e.g., spaghetti straps, bare midriffs, short shorts)      Regular length shorts or exercise pants are needed for exercise. 
  • Swimsuit, or biker shorts and tank for infrared sauna.
  • Shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush or comb and other personal bathroom items.
  • No inappropriate shirt logos
  • No sharp metal accents on clothing (this includes underwire bras)
  • No alcohol ingredients, no glass containers or mirrors.
  • No electronic equipment, or musical instruments.
  • Optional: Money to purchase in-house items, or other items that might be needed.
  • All prescribed medications 
  • Family contact information

Visitation and Communication

Visitation hours are first and third Sundays of the month from 1pm-3pm. 

Phone time limited to two times weekly, correspondence via mail is monitored and surveilled.
